How long does it take to build a custom home?

Timeline varies by plan, size, and community. From breaking ground to move-in, many of our homes are completed within several months to a year. We'll give you a clear schedule once we're under contract.

Do you offer both construction and leasing?

Yes. Huff Companies handles both new construction (building your home) and leasing (rental homes and commercial space). You can explore what's available for build or for lease on our site.

Do you build commercial as well as residential?

Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, applications, and online services operated by or on behalf of Huff Management, LLC (“Huff Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its affiliated Huff brands (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where prohibited by law. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Use of the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data;
Use automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) in a way that burdens or harms the Services without our prior written consent;
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by us;
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
Collect or harvest personal information about other users without their consent;
Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

4. Accounts and security

Certain features may require you to create an account or sign in (for example, via email or phone). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Submissions and communications

If you submit forms, inquiries, applications, warranty requests, uploads, or other content through the Services (“Submissions”), you represent that your Submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not violate third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Submissions as needed to operate the Services, respond to you, and deliver our business operations, subject to our Privacy Policy.

If you opt in to receive SMS or email from us, you agree that we may send messages consistent with your consent and applicable law, including transactional and account-related messages. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and layout, are owned by Huff Management or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The Services may link to third-party websites or services (for example, maps, lenders, or social platforms). We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. INFORMATION ON THE SERVICES MAY NOT BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT; IT IS FOR GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY AND IS NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE (INCLUDING LEGAL, TAX, OR CONSTRUCTION ADVICE).

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUFF MANAGEMENT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Huff Management and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services lies in the state or federal courts located in Okaloosa County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Huff Management regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on this subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
