Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 6, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Huff Management, LLC (“Huff Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or use websites, applications, or online services operated by or on behalf of Huff Management and its affiliated Huff brands (collectively, the “Services”).

Mailing address: 4592 E Highway 20, Unit 1, Niceville, FL 32578. For privacy questions, contact us at zander@huffhomes.net or (850) 897-7575.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity information — such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or similar details you submit on forms (for example, “Let’s build,” leasing inquiries, warranty or tenant portals, or job-related pages).
  • Account and authentication data — information used to create or secure an account, including identifiers provided by an authentication provider when you sign in with email or phone.
  • Transaction and property-related information — details you provide about a home purchase, lease, warranty request, or related matter, including descriptions, photos, or documents you choose to upload where the Services allow it.
  • Technical and usage data — such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. This may include data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).
  • Communications — content of emails or messages you send us, and records of your requests or support interactions.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Respond to inquiries, process applications or requests, and communicate with you about your project, lease, warranty, or account;
  • Authenticate users, protect security, detect fraud or misuse, and enforce our terms;
  • Send transactional or service-related messages (for example, sign-in codes or account notices) when you have opted in where required;
  • Analyze usage trends and improve our websites and user experience;
  • Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights and the safety of others.

4. SMS and text messages

If you choose to receive text messages (SMS) from us—for example, for one-time authentication codes or account-related notices—we will only send messages in line with the consent you provide at collection. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts as described in those messages; for transactional or authentication texts, stopping messages may limit your ability to use certain features.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how the Services are used, and (where applicable) manage consent through our cookie tool. You can adjust cookie preferences through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Note that blocking some cookies may affect how the Services function.

6. How we share information

We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers who assist us with hosting, analytics, email or SMS delivery, customer support, security, or other business functions, subject to appropriate safeguards;
  • Affiliated entities within the Huff family of companies, where consistent with this Policy and applicable law;
  • Professional advisors (such as lawyers or accountants) when necessary;
  • Authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration as traditionally understood.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, litigation, or regulatory reasons).

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information—for example, to access, correct, or delete certain data, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 1. We may need to verify your request before responding.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

12. Related documents

Our Terms of Service govern use of the Services and work together with this Policy.
